Our goal is to provide you and your baby with excellent medical care.  We would prefer that all of our patients have a pleasant experience while visiting our office.  However, the reality is that some of our patients will face terrible emotional events while visiting us.  Because our patients are at high risk for very serious problems, and our job is to look for those problems, we often discover serious problems and will provide the care needed at that time.  Such care often takes much more time than was originally planned.  Because of this, delays in our office are not uncommon.  Your understanding and patience are very much appreciated.  All of our patients either have a high risk for or actually have serious pregnancy complications.  Remember that the person sitting next to you in the waiting room may be carrying a child with serious birth defects.
