We accept most private insurance plans as well as Tricare. Tricare patients must obtain an authorization from Tricare prior to their appointment. The patient is responsible for making sure that they have the necessary authorization if they want their insurance company to pay for their care. Patients with insurance that requires co-payment are expected to make those co-payments at the time of their visit.
Even if your insurance company does not have an agreement with us, they will likely allow out of network benefits, due to the very limited availability of our specialty. You will need to contact them in advance.
If you do not have insurance, our practice will do our best to work with you to assure you get the care you need.
